Shipping Policy
Due to the high volume of orders, once placed, they cannot be changed or canceled.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
Stun Guns Policy: Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Rhode Island, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin, and internationally.
Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Alaska, and internationally.
Kitty Knuckle Policy: Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States + Puerto Rico.
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders are processed within 2-3 weeks. “Rush my order” cannot be added to custom orders. Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated delivery time is 5-30 days.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Add the processing time to the shipping time to get an estimate of when you will receive your order.
Before placing an order, please confirm the delivery address, as subsequent changes may incur additional charges.
*NOTE: These are only estimates. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please be aware that, depending on the destination country, there may be delays due to customs laws and internal transport, and MyDealExplorers is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).
All orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.
MyDealExplorers is not responsible for any customs fees for orders shipped outside the country.
Any order returned to us due to an insufficient address or unclaimed package will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the customer opts for reshipment, they will be responsible for the reshipment fee.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it or change the shipping address, as the order may have already been processed.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for the same order. If you want items to be shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORTATION
Occasionally, it may not be possible to avoid additional customs duties or importation fees. If you encounter difficulties with customs clearance, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@mydealexplorers.com.
If customs inform you that clearance is required, please complete the process as soon as possible, as we will not compensate for losses due to customs clearance delays.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can get an exact shipping cost estimate by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your postal address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total expenses.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking information is also available on the “Order Details” page.
SHIPPING ZONES
Due to global situations, such as pandemics, wars, or legal restrictions, orders may not be shipped to your location, or additional charges and different delivery times may apply.
If delivery to your location is not possible, we accept deliveries to forwarding companies in the USA or EU. You can check with them for shipping availability to your location and provide us with their registration address.
However, it is important to note that once received by these companies, the order is considered fulfilled and delivered.
CARRIERS
All our orders are shipped via YunExpress, DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers depending on your location.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some cases, an order may be split into different packages for the following reasons:
- Certain items may be pending delivery
- Weight restrictions for regular shipments imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouses (we work from multiple warehouses to offer you the best selections at affordable prices)
Affiliate Link Products:
For products purchased through affiliate links, the shipping and delivery policies will be governed by the respective affiliate’s policy. MyDealExplorers does not handle the shipping, delivery, or returns for these products. Customers should refer to the affiliate’s website for specific shipping and return information.
